Partner Terms & Conditions

These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Primodomus (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) and the service partner (“Partner”, “You”). By registering as a partner on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Partner Eligibility

• Partner must be at least 18 years of age.
• Partner must provide valid identity and address proof.
• Partner must have the required skills, tools, and experience for the service.
• All documents submitted must be genuine and up to date.

2. Background Verification

The Company reserves the right to verify partner documents, background, and credentials at any time. Any false information may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

3. Service Responsibilities

• Partner must deliver services professionally and on time.
• Partner must follow all safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
• Partner must behave respectfully with customers.
• Partner is responsible for damages caused due to negligence.

4. Payments & Charges

• Partner will receive payments as per agreed rates after service completion.
• Platform/portal charges may be deducted as applicable.
• Payments are subject to customer confirmation and quality checks.
• Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the partner.

5. Cancellations & Rejections

• Frequent cancellations by partner may affect ranking or lead to suspension.
• Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking.
• Partner must provide valid reasons for rejection of any service.

6. Platform Usage

• Partner shall not misuse customer data.
• Direct solicitation of customers outside the platform is prohibited.
• Sharing login credentials is strictly not allowed.

7. Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate the partner account without prior notice in case of:

• Fraudulent activity or fake documents
• Poor service quality or customer complaints
• Violation of platform policies
• Unprofessional behavior

8. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the partner. Partner agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from partner actions.

9. Modifications

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
