Welcome to Primodomus!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Primodomus website and the services booked through us. By accessing our website or booking any service (Professional Kitchen Cleaning, Full Home Cleaning, Female Home Salon, AC Service & Repair, Pest Control, Office Cleaning, Home Painting, or Carpenter), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Platform Role

Primodomus is a platform that connects you ("Client," "You") with verified, independent third-party service professionals ("Service Partners").

  • No Employment: Primodomus does not employ these professionals. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by the Service Partner.
  • Right to Substitute: We reserve the right to assign a different Service Partner to fulfill your booking without prior notice.

2. Your Responsibilities (Access & Disclosure)

  • Access: You must provide the Service Partner with reasonable access to the premises (including electricity, water, and parking). If access is denied after arrival, a cancellation fee applies.
  • For Female Home Salon: You must disclose any known skin allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medical conditions to the beautician before the service begins. Primodomus is not responsible for allergic reactions if prior disclosure was not made.
  • For Pest Control: You agree to vacate the premises with children, pets, and pregnant women for 2–3 hours post-treatment as a safety precaution.
  • For Home Painting: You must inform the painter about any existing wall cracks, dampness, or water leakage before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing wall conditions.
  • For Carpenter: You must inform the carpenter about any existing damage, termite weakness, or old polish issues before repair work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that worsens during repair.
  • For Office Cleaning: You are responsible for securing confidential documents, valuables, laptops, and electronic equipment before our team arrives.

3. Payments, Quotes & AMC

  • Quote Validity: Price quotes are valid for 7 days. Final pricing may change after a site inspection (e.g., AC gas leakage level, pest infestation severity, painting area measurement in square feet, or additional repair parts required).
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of service unless you have an active AMC plan.
  • AMC Terms:
    • AMC covers labor and basic maintenance as per your specific plan.
    • Spare Parts: Replacement parts (e.g., AC compressor, fan motor, plumbing fixtures, painting brushes, carpentry raw material) are not included in the AMC and will be charged separately at actual cost.
    • Renewal: AMC plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Specific Service Risks & Client Consent

You understand and accept the unique risks associated with each service category:

Professional Kitchen Cleaning & Full Home Cleaning

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products safe for kids and pets. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage (e.g., loose tiles, old laminate, unglued cabinets, weak chimney fittings) that becomes dislodged during deep cleaning.

Office Cleaning

We take utmost care with office equipment and furniture. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to old furniture, loose wiring, or unsecured items. You must remove or cover sensitive documents and electronics before cleaning.

Female Home Salon

Skin reactions, allergies, or hair damage may occur if you have undisclosed conditions. A patch test is recommended before any chemical treatment (hair color, bleach, facial, waxing). Primodomus is not liable for adverse reactions when prior disclosure was not made. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before booking any body massage or chemical treatments.

AC Service & Repair

Repair work involves electrical components, refrigerants, and high-pressure parts. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (e.g., a corroded pipe bursting during gas refill, an old compressor failing after service, or pre-existing electrical issues in your home). Spare parts cost is separate from service charges.

Pest Control

We use low-toxicity, eco-friendly, and ISI-certified chemicals. However, you are responsible for:

  • Covering fish aquariums
  • Removing pet food and water bowls
  • Covering kitchen utensils and food items
  • Vacating the premises with children, pets, and pregnant women for 2–3 hours post-treatment

We are not liable for adverse reactions, allergies, or health issues if safety instructions are ignored. For termite control, drilling may be required – you will be informed in advance.

Home Painting

Paint color may vary slightly from the brochure or digital image due to lighting, wall texture, and surface porosity. You must ensure walls are dry, crack-free, and free from leakages before painting begins. We are not liable for paint peeling, bubbling, or discoloration caused by underlying dampness, poor prior plaster, or water seepage. Furniture and floor covering is your responsibility – we recommend removing or covering all items before painting.

Carpenter

Repair work involves cutting, drilling, hammering, and polishing. Dust generation is normal – you should cover or remove nearby belongings in advance. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing termite-weakened wood breaking during repair
  • Old polish or paint coming off
  • Damage to walls during installation

For modular kitchen repairs, we are not liable for pre-existing water damage or loose fittings.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

If you cancel or reschedule:

  • More than 12 hours before service: 100% refund or free rescheduling.
  • Between 4 to 12 hours before service: 50% cancellation charge (50% refund) or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 4 hours before service: 100% cancellation charge (No refund). Rescheduling permitted with a 25% fee.

If Primodomus cancels: If our Service Partner cannot reach your location due to an incorrect address provided by you or a safety concern at the premises (e.g., aggressive pet, structural danger, illegal activity), we reserve the right to cancel the booking with a 100% charge.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking). Any dispute about service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. After 24 hours, no refund or free service will be provided.

6. User Conduct & Reviews

  • You agree not to post false, defamatory, misleading, or fake reviews.
  • Primodomus reserves the right to remove any review that contains abusive language, personal attacks, or promotional content for other businesses.
  • If you have a genuine complaint, please contact our customer support before posting a negative review. We will try our best to resolve your issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Primodomus (text, graphics, logos, images, FAQs, and page designs) is our property. You may not republish, duplicate, copy, sell, rent, or distribute any material for commercial use without our written consent. Violation may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a single service is limited to the total amount you paid for that specific service only.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of income, loss of data, loss of business, loss of reputation, or mental stress) arising from service delays, service performance, or any dispute with Service Partners.
  • We are not liable for any injury, accident, or health issue arising from services (including but not limited to: allergic reactions from salon services, chemical exposure from pest control, electrical shock from AC repair, or dust-related issues from carpentry/painting).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primodomus, its directors, employees, agents, and Service Partners from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your misuse of our services or website
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Any dispute between you and a Service Partner

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi-NCR / Gurugram, Haryana.

Before filing any legal case, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through our customer support team. If the dispute remains unresolved for more than 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Force Majeure

Primodomus shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire), pandemic, government restrictions, riots, war, terrorist attacks, power failures, network outages, or labour strikes.

In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and may reschedule or cancel your booking without penalty.
