Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible and verified cases approved by the Primodomus support team.
  • If payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • No refund will be applicable once the booked service has been successfully completed.
  • Customers must report service-related concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Refund requests are reviewed after checking booking details, service records, and customer feedback.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days depending on banks and payment gateways.
  • Refunds may be denied in cases involving false claims, incorrect booking details, or misuse of services.
